Itapirubá Norte

The spot features a long sandy beach backed by residential development and steep terrain, with a distinctive rocky headland forming the southern boundary. The beach offers a gradual entry with moderate wave exposure and relatively gentle conditions suitable for progression. Average waves of 1.17m indicate consistent but modest swell, while wind reliability of 0.9% suggests variable and unpredictable wind patterns typical of subtropical coastal areas. Best conditions occur with northeasterly to easterly winds that provide side-shore angles. The spot suits beginner to early-intermediate kiters due to manageable wave heights and accessible beach entry. Kiters should be aware of the rocky point to the south, which creates convergent currents and turbulent water. The cliff terrain may create wind shadow effects depending on wind direction.
