Hourly model wind 2017 to 2025, one model per spot (ECMWF IFS or ERA5) chosen against weather stations, regional models and documented seasons. Kite day: at least 3 hours of 12 to 35 kn between 10:00 and 19:00 in daylight, gusts up to 45 kn. Confidence labels, curated seasons for lakes and thermal spots, travel filters for rankings, trip odds per month capped at 9 in 10, water temperature 2023 to 2025 from the marine archive.

The 24 hour mean wind 2023 to 2025 from the Open-Meteo historical forecast archive, night hours included. It hid afternoon and thermal winds: Cumbuco showed 15 % kite days in its best month. Retired.
