Alepoxori

Alepoxori is a small beach break located on the northwestern coast of the Attica region near Athens, Greece. The spot faces westward into what appears to be a semi-enclosed bay with extensive forest coverage inland. The shallow, flat water conditions and minimal wave energy make this location unsuitable for wave-riding kitesurfing. With average wind speeds of only 5.2 knots and extremely low wind reliability at 3.1%, consistent kitesurfing sessions are rarely possible. The spot would theoretically work best with northerly winds (side-shore), though wind resources are insufficient year-round. The developed coastline with residential properties and limited beach access, combined with flat water and poor wind conditions, makes this primarily a destination for flat-water freestyle or racing rather than traditional kitesurfing. Beginners might find the forgiving conditions suitable for learning in theory, but actual wind availability would present frequent challenges to practice.
