Amoudara

Water conditions are typically mild with low swell (0.64m average) and light winds (7.5 knots average), making this a protected beach environment rather than an exposed ocean break. Best conditions occur with easterly (90°) winds providing true side-shore conditions parallel to the coast. The spot suits beginners and intermediate riders due to manageable wave heights and minimal hazards in the immediate water. However, very low wind reliability (14.8%) means consistent kitesurfing days are infrequent. Kiters should be aware of shallow nearshore waters, limited beach access due to development, and the need to launch from designated beach areas. Summer thermal winds may provide the most reliable conditions. Water temperature around 19.5°C typically requires a thin wetsuit.
