This is a developed urban beach break on China's east coast facing north toward the Bohai Sea. The spot features a long sandy beach adjacent to extensive residential and commercial development. Water conditions are consistently choppy with minimal swell averaging just 0.54m, limiting wave riding potential. The critical constraint is wind: with only 2.4% reliability and an average of 5.8 knots, this spot rarely generates sufficient wind for reliable kitesurfing. Most sessions would require 12+ knot winds to launch. Best wind direction is from the east (90°), providing ideal side-shore conditions parallel to the beach. The developed shoreline offers limited launch and landing space among facilities and structures. Boat traffic is visible offshore. This spot suits only very experienced kiters willing to wait for rare stronger wind days, or beginners during those occasional high-wind periods when water access is available. The combination of weak wind resource and small waves makes this a marginal destination compared to more exposed coastal locations.
