The spot experiences predominantly flat water conditions with minimal wave activity, averaging only 0.34 meters. Wind reliability is critically low at 9.7%, making consistent sessions rare. The area receives moderate temperatures around 28°C year-round. When wind does occur, northerly (0°) or southerly (180°) directions would provide side-shore conditions. The shallow, flat nature and low wind frequency make this location unsuitable for serious kitesurfing practice. Visibility of boat traffic and coastal development indicates a busy tourist area with limited open water access. This spot would only be viable during rare high-wind events or monsoon conditions. Beginner kiters should seek more reliable locations, as the fundamental requirements for the sport—consistent wind and adequate wave energy—are absent here.
