Mokana Club Laguito

The site consists of a sheltered shallow-water lagoon with developed shoreline infrastructure, including multiple piers and residential buildings. The water body is characterized by light-swell conditions and minimal wave energy, making it primarily suitable for light-wind practice rather than performance kitesurfing. The spot's defining feature is its lagoon environment with multiple structural obstacles including wooden pilings and boat infrastructure. The circular lagoon formation and dense development limit open water space. Wind conditions are extremely marginal, with only 1.3% reliability and average winds of 5.4 knots—below typical kitesurfing minimums. This location suits absolute beginners or those practicing in extremely light winds where safety and controlled conditions are prioritized over wave riding. The shallow depths provide security but limit maneuverability. Kiters should expect frequent flat-water sessions and should be experienced navigating around fixed obstacles.
