Noli is a small coastal settlement situated in a sheltered bay along the Ligurian coast of northwestern Italy. The bay opens toward the southeast with rocky formations visible along both northern and southern headlands. Water conditions are relatively benign with modest wave energy typical of the Mediterranean light-swell regime. The spot functions as a small beach break with generally calm conditions suited to beginners and intermediates. Best conditions occur with northeasterly (45°) winds that blow side-shore parallel to the beach. The very low wind reliability (6.2%) and minimal average wave height (0.51m) indicate this is a marginal spot requiring specific weather windows. Urban development occupies the immediate waterfront, suggesting potential boat traffic and infrastructure constraints. The sheltered nature of the bay provides protection but limits wave exposure.
