The bay features a developed urban shoreline with residential and commercial structures, dense vegetation on elevated terrain, and shallow waters typical of tropical bay systems. The spot functions primarily as a flat-water lagoon with minimal wave activity (0.32m average), making it unsuitable for wave riding but potentially viable for flat-water freestyle or light-wind practice. Conditions are characterized by extremely low wind reliability (0.1%), with average winds of only 3.4 knots—insufficient for consistent kitesurfing. Northerly winds would provide optimal side-shore conditions. Water temperatures remain warm year-round (28.2°C). The shallow bay bottom and rocky formations near the eastern headland present navigation hazards. Residential proximity suggests potential boat traffic and limited space for free movement. This location is best suited for beginners practicing in stable conditions, though actual wind conditions rarely permit meaningful sessions. Not recommended as a primary training destination.
