The coastline orientation toward the northeast creates an ideal setup for side-shore winds from the northwest. The shallow, choppy water conditions reflect the bay's enclosed nature and sandy bottom composition. This spot is well-suited for beginners and early intermediates due to relatively small wave heights (0.85m average) and protected conditions. The main challenge is the low wind reliability at 23.4%, requiring patience for suitable conditions. The bay's residential development suggests moderate boat traffic during peak seasons. Strong tidal movement through the narrow channels connecting to open water can create variable current patterns. The sandy substrate provides soft landing zones, though shallow areas demand careful position management to avoid running aground.
