Punta Sabbioni

The spot features extensive flat water suitable for beginners, though wind reliability is extremely low at 3.2% and average wind speeds of only 5.8 knots are marginal for kitesurfing. The area experiences significant boat traffic from ferries and recreational vessels serving the Venice lagoon system. Tidal influences create variable water conditions and currents. The shallow nature of the lagoon (averaging 0.28m waves) makes this suitable only for light-wind sessions and beginners practicing in controlled conditions. North wind would provide side-shore conditions.
