The spot features protected brackish water surrounded by dense vegetation and residential development, with access to the open ocean beach to the west. The lagoon provides sheltered conditions with sandy bottom and gradual depth progression. The spot is characterized by low wind reliability (7.6%) and modest wave heights (1.49m average), making it primarily suitable for light-wind sessions and beginners developing their skills. Best conditions occur with northeasterly winds that approach the shore side-on. The shallow lagoon environment limits wave development but offers forgiving conditions with minimal current hazards compared to open ocean breaks. Kiters should be aware of depth variations, vegetation entanglement risks, and congestion from residential areas. This spot works best as a training location during slack periods or light swell days rather than as a primary performance venue.
