The spot features a gradual sandy bottom transitioning to shallow lagoon-like conditions, making it accessible for beginners. A protective breakwater structure and harbor facilities to the north reduce wind consistency and create boat traffic considerations. The southern section shows vegetated areas and scattered rocks along the shoreline. With average wind reliability of only 2.9% and minimal swell generation (0.35m), this location functions primarily as a light-wind, flat-water training area rather than a dynamic wave destination. Side-shore conditions from the northeast provide the safest wind direction for kitesurfing. Best suited for skill development, light-wind freestyle practice, and beginner progression in protected conditions. Kiters should monitor harbor activity and respect shallow-water zones.
