The bay provides protected water conditions with minimal wave energy, making it suitable primarily for light-wind sessions and learning. Wind reliability is notably low at 10.3%, suggesting this location experiences variable and often insufficient wind for consistent kitesurfing. Easterly (90°) or westerly (270°) winds provide side-shore conditions parallel to the beach. The shallow, calm waters make this appropriate for beginners and progression riders, though experienced kiters may find conditions limiting. Best conditions occur during seasonal wind patterns when easterlies or westerlies develop. Kiters should be aware of the shallow nearshore zone, residential proximity, and the need to monitor weather closely given low wind consistency.
