Träslövsläge is a protected bay on Sweden's west coast facing westward into the Skagerrak strait. The bay's enclosed nature results in choppy water conditions typical of Baltic/Skagerrak transitional waters, with modest wave heights averaging 0.66m. Best conditions occur with northerly winds (side-shore relative to the west-facing coast), though wind reliability is notably low at 25.3% annually. Water temperatures around 9.6°C require proper thermal protection year-round. The spot suits beginners and intermediate kiters due to protected conditions and limited wave size, though low wind frequency means sessions may be sporadic.
