The spot features a sandy beach with a rocky headland forming a natural boundary to the south. The water body transitions from shallow nearshore zones to deeper gulf waters. This is a compact, urban beach break with immediate residential development behind the shoreline, limiting space and wind window access. The northeasterly exposure provides moderate fetch but the beach orientation and surrounding topography create variable, often choppy conditions. Best conditions occur with southeasterly winds that provide clean side-shore flow parallel to the beach. Wave heights remain small (average 0.41m), making this suitable for beginner to early intermediate kiters practicing in protected conditions. The spot's proximity to urban infrastructure means careful attention to wind direction is essential to avoid being pushed toward buildings or obstacles.
