This location is suited primarily to beginners and learning kiters due to its small average wave height (1.33m) and shallow nearshore waters. The beach offers easy access and a relatively forgiving learning environment. However, the spot presents significant challenges: extremely low wind reliability (8.9%) and modest average wind speeds (6.6 knots) make consistent sessions rare. Best conditions typically occur with northeasterly to easterly winds that provide side-shore conditions. Kiters should expect crowded conditions during peak seasons due to the residential proximity and established beach culture. Shallow water extends well offshore, limiting performance for advanced riders. The breakwater structures visible in the image present obstacles requiring careful navigation.
