The spot is sheltered by its position on a shallow bay with moderate wave exposure and choppy water conditions typical of the English Channel. This location offers consistent side-shore winds from the east or west, with easterly winds being most reliable for kitesurfing. The shallow water and sandy bottom make it suitable for beginners and intermediate kiters. Wave heights average 0.67m, limiting wave-riding opportunities but suitable for flat-water freestyle and progression. Key considerations include the low overall wind reliability (16.9%), which means consistent sessions are not guaranteed. The presence of residential areas means crowds during good conditions.
