Wind conditions are challenging, with very low reliability at 0.4% and marginal average winds of 4.2 knots, making this spot inconsistent for regular kitesurfing sessions. The northeast-facing orientation suggests side-shore winds would approach from the southeast to east-southeast. The spot appears best suited for beginners during rare stronger wind windows, as the shallow water and small waves present low consequence learning conditions. Access may be complicated by residential areas and forest coverage. The combination of minimal swell, unreliable wind, and developed surroundings makes this location marginal for dedicated kitesurfing. Best attempted during seasonal wind shifts or frontal systems that temporarily increase wind speed.
